また上記に当てはまらなくてもISIS ちゃんPJの判断で禁止する場合もあります。
UTAU用に作ったものですが、著作情報を明記していただければUTAU以外に使っていただいても問題ありません。
再配布は禁止です。
このライブラリーを利用された場合以下の利用規約へ同意したとみなします。

UTAU向け音声ライブラリー「ISIS ちゃん」利用規約
はじめに
UTAU向け音声ライブラリー「ISIS ちゃん」利用規約(以下本規約)は次項で定義する
UTAU向け音声ライブラリー「ISIS ちゃん」(以下本ライブラリー)を利用者が利用する際の規約です。
利用者は本ライブラリーを利用した場合、本規約内容すべての事項へ同意した事とみなします。
なお、本規約で言う利用には、本ライブラリーが使用された製作物等の二次利用も含みます。
本ライブラリーの権利は配布者ISIS ちゃんPJに帰属するものとします。
※本規約は「キャラクターISIS ちゃん」の使用に関して定めるものではありません。
「キャラクターISIS ちゃん」に関してはISIS ちゃんのガイドラインに従ってください(http://isis.wiki.fc2.com)。
定義
本利用規約において、本ライブラリー及びUTAU向け音源「ISIS ちゃん」(以下本音源)は以下の通り定義します。
・UTAU向け音声ライブラリー「ISIS ちゃん」とは、「キャラクター ISIS ちゃん」をUTAUで使用するためにISIS ちゃんPJが提供する
音声ファイル(CVちこ)と、ライブラリーに同梱されているキャラクターデザイン(設定gotoASK)をいう
・UTAU向け音源「ISIS ちゃん」とは本ライブラリーに含まれる音声ファイルのみを言及したものをいう
禁止事項・制限事項
本ライブラリーの商用利用は原則禁止します。
ただし、ISIS ちゃんの拡散に大きく貢献すると権利者(ISIS ちゃんPJ)が判断した場合のみ認めます(新聞、雑誌での紹介等)。
利用検討の際は下記連絡先へご相談下さい。
また、非商用であっても本ライブラリーを使用して以下に関連する事項について直接的、または間接的に表現する事を禁止します。
・暴力的なもの(武器の使用なども含む)
・性的なもの
・グロテスクなもの
・個人の過激な思想の代弁
・政治的な主張
・宗教活動への利用と特定の宗教を侮辱する行為
・公序良俗に反するもの
・その他権利者が不適当と判断する事項
禁止表現に当たるかどうか判断がつきにくい場合はISIS ちゃんPJにご相談ください。
ただし、以下に該当する事項は許可します。
・本音源の個人使用の範囲でのデータの加工、改変及び、それらを用いた作品の発表
・利用者が別途用意したソフトウェア等で利用するためのパラメーター等を頒布する行為
・本音源の使用を明記し、著作情報に誤解が生じないようにした上で音源を「ISIS ちゃん」以外に使用すること(実況の声として使用等)
再配布
本ライブラリーについては再配布を禁止します。
免責事項
本ライブラリーを使用した事によって発生するトラブル、損害、損失について権利者は一切その責任を負いません。
その他
本規約は権利者が必要と判断した場合に利用者の承諾を得ずに変更できます。
本規約の解釈を巡って疑義が生じた場合、権利者は合理的な範囲でその解釈を決定できるものとします。
